Carin Conlon, the current owner, was first a client of That's My Nanny. Her positive experience with the professionalism, creativity and care of her own Nanny convinced her to acquire the business in April, 2000. With 9 years of Human Resources experience, and an MBA from the Simon School, Carin believes her experience and education are perfectly matched for this business.
The business philosophy remains unchanged: we will only place a nanny that we would feel comfortable having care for our own children.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, so our placement team
is knowledgeable, experienced and able to communicate well with families
and nannies. Our goal is to guide you through a successful placement
process. Jodi LaBarbera is a placement director, with a Bachelor's
degree in Math and Education, formerly a Child Care Center director
and a nanny. Heidi Peone is also a placement specialist, with
a Bachelor's in English and Education, formerly a Child Care Center
director, and is currently a nanny.
That's My Nanny continues to grow in the Rochester and Buffalo areas. This expanded website and e-mail capability ensures even better communication with our families. Expanded training offerings will also be available shortly to both families and nannies.
